Date founded

Jim Disbrow and Scott Lowry, two food lovers from New York, founded Buffalo Wild Wings & Weck in 1982. The first restaurant was located on High Street in Columbus, Ohio and featured a great food menu of wings, beer and beef sandwiches. Surprisingly, before the restaurant was the go-to place for viewing Sunday football, it featured music videos on each of its televisions. Today, the name of the restaurant is officially Buffalo Wild Wings, also known as BWW and B-Dubs. BWW continues to grow and expand its menu according to the changing tastes of society while sticking to its original theme of great bar food and beer.
