We are in search of an Sales Representative to provide Janitorial Sales to commercial businesses and Termite Pre-treat Sales to homeowners through out their assigned territory.

Our Sales Representative will work out of our Jacksonville office providing sales throughout Northeast Florida and surrounding counties.

Responsibilities include: Prospecting and Networking: in office by phone and email using Salesforce and also out of office visiting potential customers facilities, attending industry-related functions to determine key decision-makers and discuss their current cleaning needs and create the next opportunity to bid Prepare proposals and Bid presentations: determine needs with the customer and work with your sales team to prepare a proposal with an operational strategy, expectations, specifications, and competitive pricing to match Facilitate an effective Start-up for new business: partner with each department to establish the necessary game plan to begin the new business and ensure a smooth transition to our operations.
