POSITION SUMMARY:
The Human Resources Administrative Assistant (HRAS) will be responsible for:

Takes personal responsibility for own actions, keeping commitments and asking for and offering help when needed.
Ability to operate computer, calculator, copy machine, telephone, and other
office equipment with dexterity and in a safe and efficient manner.
Ability to routinely lift/carry office supplies and printed materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
Perform highly responsible and complex administrative and clerical work
independently and accomplish administrative detail work with minimal instruction or in accordance with established procedures.
Understand and carry out complex oral and written instructions which may
include adverse material of a sensitive nature.
Bi-lingual Spanish preferred, but not required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma; Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required.
A high proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs and the ability to type 50+
wpm is required.
A minimum of 4 years of Clerical/Administrative experience and/or education is mandatory.
Successful applicants must pass a criminal background check and drug screen upon hire.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel; frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work environment is moderately quiet. Employee must be able to handle strenuous customer deadlines and be flexible and available to interact with employees at all levels.
