Part Time Janitor (Nights)- Jacksonville Florida

ABOUT THE COMPANY 

Quality Maintenance & Repair Service Inc is looking for a janitor to join our cleaning crew. We are a fast growing, locally owned janitorial service. The person selected will play an important part in giving our valued clients exceptional cleaning service every day.  They are true team players and make a huge difference for clients. 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a dedicated person who enjoys cleaning and working as part of a team to deliver quality cleaning results to our clients. In this job, you would:

• learn the company's method of cleaning and follow directions consistently. 
  
  
• clean restrooms, break rooms, works areas, exam rooms, sinks and other areas following company cleaning guidelines.
  
  
• sweep, dust  mop,  damp mop and vacuum floors
• complete assigned work with quality and speed.
  
  
• take trash to dumpster.
  
  
• load and unload work materials such as trash barrels, vacuums, mop buckets and other equipment from company  van.
  
  
• works well with other employees and supervisors.
  
  

The person who performs successfully in this job:

• Takes feedback on work performance in a positive way, uses it to improve work quality.
  
  
• Is respectful and responsible with company and client property.
  
  
• Has the ability to learn fast and follow directions.
  
  
• Is willing to clean multiple (2-3 buildings) each evening.
  
  
• Has a VALID Florida Driver License with  a CLEAN driving record.
  
  
• Able to drive a company van if needed.

• Available to work all days Monday to Friday according to  the following schedule:

Monday           6:00pm - 9:30pm

Tuesday          6:00pm - 9 :30pm

Wednesday     6:00pm - 9:30pm

Thursday         6:00pm - 9:30pm

Friday               6:00pm- 9:30pm
