Office Clerk & Data Entry-Jacksonville Florida
Company located in Jacksonville, FL, has an immediate opportunity for a full-time Office Clerk & Data Entry. The successful candidate will be a cheerful, bright, and enthusiastic person to perform office clerk, data entry, and general office duties in a medium company office environment.
Company offers Vacation leave, Sick Leave, Christmas Bonus, 401K, among other benefits. Regular working hours: M-F 8:00am - 5:00pm.
Duties include:
- Data Entry
- Processes general office paperwork and documentation.
- Performs routine office duties such as routing shipments, tracing, etc.
- Assist the customers over the email and telephone. Responds to routine, procedural and directional inquiries and/or refers to proper source of information.
Requirements:
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- MS office domain: Word, Excel, among others.
- Multitask oriented and organized.
- Be available to work overtime.
- Bilingual (English - Spanish) good but not necessary.
- High School graduation or equivalent and one years of recent experience in customer contact work and/or one year in the operation of data entry.
