Job Summary
We’re looking for an intake specialist to provide customer service, sales, and hospitality to our potential clients. The ideal candidate will have 1-3+ years of customer service or call center experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Report for scheduled shift on time, with phone on ready to answer calls
- Respect clients dignity and confidentiality
- Maintain neat work area
- Data entry/ typing information into a computer and multiple data basis
- Attention to detail
- Process paperwork for new clients efficiently and in accordance with protocols
- Obtain pertinent information from new clients by asking them to complete interviews courteously and professionally
- Answer and screen inquiry calls and emails from prospective clients
- Collect data to help with admission
- Ensure that all intake forms are properly signed and filled out
- Communicate with other team members constructively in order to reduce conflict and enhance the resolution of issues
- Follow protocol set forth in department memos, both verbally and written
- Follow standard set forth by the Florida Bar Association
Qualifications
- Bilingual
- 2 years of previous customer service, sales or hospitality experience is highly preferred
- Flexible availability required to include nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to empathize with clients
- High volume, fast paced environment
- Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing
- This position is in a professional office setting, Work Remote-No.
- Must have working knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
- Must be technologically confident; very comfortable using process management systems and effectively utilizing available technology and automation.
- Motivated with the desire to achieve top-level results
- The ability to work well with a team as well as work well independently
