Farah & Farah is seeking a Performance Social Media Specialist to join our team in Jacksonville! You are able to balance strategic, creative, and tactical thinking, by bringing our brand to social audiences in exciting and engaging ways. You will be responsible for managing our social media campaigns, both organic and paid, as well as identifying platforms and tactics to increase awareness, consideration, lead generation. Equally important will be your ability to merge those efforts with data-driven performance marketing tactics to drive revenue. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record with composing and driving paid social media campaigns across platforms. This candidate should have a passion for social media and a data-driven mindset. Effective communication and organization skills are also essential to this role, as you’ll work closely with leadership and internal departments to execute cross-team initiatives.

● Drive brand awareness, lead generation, and retargeting plans across social medial channels.
● Manage creation, including ideation and content capture, optimization, and reporting.
● Partner with cross departmental teams to align on social media objectives as they relate to channel priorities, including media, email, digital, creative, and other content generating departments.
● Manage social media advertising including paid ads, creative, and targeting strategy, identifying opportunities for optimization.
● Develop and manage paid content and editorial strategy driven by metrics, audience insights, and business goals, collaborating with brand team to support brand voice and presence
● Shape and implement the social media strategy in close partnership with key internal stakeholders.
● Write clear, concise, and strategic messages that drive business results.
● Manage the daily campaign optimization efforts to ensure they are achieving the reach, engagement, and conversion goals
● Assist in the communication, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
● Develop social media plans to support events and community initiatives, including paid campaigns.
● Own the digital social media content calendar, with consistent alignment with collaboration across internal teams.
● Maintain monthly paid social media campaigns and reports analyzing performance against KPIs and identifying opportunities for optimization.
● Regularly report on competitor activity in the paid social space and industry trends/observations
● Assist in managing influencer marketing campaigns — including outreach, monitoring of influencer deliverables, feedback, and reporting
● Identify emerging trends in the paid social media space and opportunities to harness those trends to support the firm’s social presence

● Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, or another related field.
● 5+ years of experience in paid social media management; specifically, directly managing a paid social budget.
● Thorough working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
● Strong knowledge of Social Media Management Platforms (Sprout Social, Buffer, Hootsuite).
● Comfortable working with team members at all levels, including senior management.
● Proactive and self-motivated.
● Attention to detail and organization.
● Maintaining a positive attitude with the ability to multi-task in a dynamic fast-past environment.
● Highly organized.
● Excellent grammar copy writing skills.
● Effective in working under deadlines, prioritizing issues and managing concurrent assignments.
