Provide high level administrative support to the assigned Vice Presidents and other senior management. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to various administrative and clerical tasks, managing calendars, greeting guests, preparing documents, and filing.
Complete assignments as directed by the Vice President, including, but not limited to managing daily activities, calendars, basic office needs, working with multiple departments on event coordination, billing, tracking etc. Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents using word processing, spreadsheets, databases or presentation software.
Maintain alphabetical and chronological files and records of office correspondence, documents, reports, and other materials in an organized fashion. Maintain expense file for VP, efficient record keeping, inter-office correspondence; Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution. Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email; File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports; Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
Assist in special projects upon request, including back up assistance to other departments.

Education:Â High school diploma or GED required, college degree preferred.
Experience:Â Two or more years of experience in a clerical, data management or related field. Previous experience working with Senior Management.Â
