• Prior hands-on experience with multi-family HVAC commercial grade installations necessary.
• Ability to organize materials, keep job site organized and work with other trades on site.
• Must have your own tools and gauges.
• Understand all phases of commercial HVAC installation.
• Team player. Ability to get along with all trades.
• Focused on Safety.
• Professional representative while on the job site.
• Good communication, problem solving skills, and critical thinking.
• All employees must be able to pass a background check.
• Clear drug screen.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
