About this position
We are looking for a Wellness Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our prospective and existing wellness members. The mission of this role is to connect with potential practice members and make them feel hopeful and excited about changing their health and future with us. This is accomplished in person and virtually, and the expected outcome is that due in part to your contribution, we will see the number of new practice members who begin a life changing program with us increase by one per week.

Job Type: Full Time (32-36 hours per week)
Job Location: Ponte Vedra Beach
Office Hours: Monday – Thursday 10AM – 5PM (Closed Friday – Sunday)
Training:
Weekly trainings will be held on Mondays for 1 hour unless otherwise specified
Events:
Additionally, there will be marketing events and other meetings outside of the normal listed business hours that employees will be expected to attend. There can be one to two events per week, generally on a weekday evening, as well as an occasional weekend event, about three to four per year. You will be expected to make most events, however you can also coordinate with the other team members to make sure all events are covered if you need to miss one.
