VICTIM ADVOCATE JOB SUMMARY:
Victim Advocates at Hubbard House provide vital lifesaving, life-changing support to victims of domestic violence and their families. Victim Advocates assist with safety planning, crisis intervention, housing, job searches, and making connections with other community organizations. Hubbard House will provide training to help you become the world-changer you want to be. Hubbard House is looking for people passionate about making a difference in the lives of victims and their families. We are looking for candidates with strong relationship-building skills and who believe in putting the client first.
Full-time positions available. Hours are typically between 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday-Friday with some evenings and weekends. Hubbard House, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
WORK EXPERIENCE/EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
HS diploma or GED considered with at least two years applicable experience preferably working with families in crisis. Familiarity with Microsoft Office (or equivalent) and data entry.
A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation required. Vehicle insurance must be maintained.
Must meet eligibility requirements for Hubbard House, Inc. vehicle insurance coverage.

FULL TIME / NON-EXEMPT PAY:
From $17.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
