The Receptionist is an integral part the team that helps change the lives of our patients and residents each day. As a receptionist you are responsible for providing an excellent customer experience for all residents, patients, co-workers, families and visitors.
· Ensure that our patients/residents and their families receive the highest levels of care and service
· Provide a caring and compassionate atmosphere which recognizes the individual patients'/residents' needs and rights
· Daily duties will include answering phones, accepting packages, assisting with administrative duties, and delivering newspapers to residents
